LET'S MEET THE WHIS-PURR SPAY/NEUTER VAN.  TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE THIS HAPPEN!

The spay/neuter van will not be mobile but will be parked at the Whis-Purr Rescue Inc. location for use by a coalition of rescues meeting up with Veterinarians contracted to do surgeries and scheduled as available to serve the rescues. 

Each rescue will be given a day a month to bring their kittens in for spay/neuter.
